I'm Grant Lira
Co-Founder of The Empathy Firm
Grant Lira is the co-founder of The Empathy Firm, a PR company specializing in media placement and leveraging it to the fullest for their clients. He grew up in a small town of 6,000 people in Wisconsin with his brother and now co-founder Gavin Lira.

Despite not having a clear idea of what he wanted to do after high school, Grant joined the national guard and underwent basic training and airborne school in Fort Benning, Georgia. He completed it and was also trained as a paratrooper.
He then attended college. While attending college, Grant was unsure of the path he wanted to take. Grant knew that there was something out there for him but He didn't know exactly what yet. Grant was then introduced to acquisition through a friend's business fraternity, and quickly fell in love with the field understanding that ethical acquisition was really helpful leadership. Grant knew that this was something theat he wanted to do for a long time and his dedication to helping people has not slowed down sense he started. Along with his brother, he started a PR business. Grant had no prior experience or knowledge, but learned and grew the business through their determination and hard work. There were definitely up’s and down’s for Grant & Gavin, but with each fauler, there was a lesson to be taken away. Thought the early failures, Grant Identified quickly what was working and what was not in his processes. Grant Welcomes failure to day as he sees it as the best opportunity to learn.

He approaches his work with speed and blind ambition, which have become key pillars in his success.
